1. I am currently reading through Jane Austen's works and am on 'Pride and Prejudice'. In the book, I am at the part that Charlotte Lucas accepts Mr. Collins offer of marriage. *shivers*...just kidding :)
2. The last movie I watched was 'North and South' with Daniela Denby-Ashe and Richard Armitage. Oh my goodness...*SIGH* One of the best! :)...by Elizabeth Gaskell (also the author of: 'Wives and Daughters' and the 'Cranford' books)
3. I got new glasses today!! :) I will take pictures as soon as possible and post them. I don't wear glasses very often - mostly because I don't really need them - but the doctor said that my eyes are BETTER and so I most likely won't have to have them much longer. :)
4. Today's quote on my little 'Friendship' calender says:

5. One of my favorite things to do on Facebook, is to look at all the flair :) And add tons to my collection! :)
6. Some people think I'm crazy for not having watched 'Star Wars' till this year. Is that so bad?

How fun! Awards are always neat.. if it helps you any, I haven't even SEEN Star wars, so... lol!
I didn't know there was more than one version of "North and South". I Love that movie!! SO good... Have you seen "Lorna Doone"? It is a great boys movie as well as girls. Fighting with a romantic twist.. my brothers love it, though beware it is slightly gory..
Don't have a single polka dot on my blog. :( That is ok, though!! lol
