I'm pretty sure you go to your linky tools dashboard and you can delete from there.
If you go to the Linky site, and get to the page that lists the ones you have made, there should be a check box that you can click to delete certain entries.
I think that you can go to the your linky dashboard on the linky website, and remove the extra entries. not sure, but i think you might be able to. :)
