So girls, we have to give a huge thank you to Caleb here.
He was a little 'worried' about doing this interview...he said he wasn't sure he'd be a good person to ask all these questions to.
I proved him wrong ;)
I love his interview! And I think y'all will too ;)

1. What are your thoughts on modesty?
Modesty is an extremely big problem today, and my thoughts on the matter are these: (this will be rather short) God calls everyone to be like Him and to dress properly; we are not supposed to tempt people into sinning. When young women dress immodestly they, in turn, tempt young men into looking lustfully at them and this is simply not acceptable. Sorry, but I must be blunt, this is an actual problem people face.

2. Some of us feel that we either give too much effort, or not enough, in worrying about the way we dress. What is your suggestion to how you wish girls would dress? What do you like to see girls wearing? You should always think about how you dress, it’s very important to not wear the wrong thing. I know my answers are short, but it’s just very easy for me. I’ll leave it with this: God has come to judge you on the way you dress, do you want to be the one with the immodest clothing? So think about what you are wearing, think of others before yourself. Personally I don’t really care what they wear as long as it’s modest.
3. How do you feel about girls wearing makeup?
It should be worn to beautify oneself and not to hide behind. Makeup, I think, is sometimes used because the girl thinks they are ugly and they want to hide themselves. Well, I just think that’s ridiculous. No girl is ugly. Again – makeup should be used be to beautify what God has given, not hide it.

4. A lot of girls worry about looking chic around guys…but what do you consider pretty? Being pretty is not always on the outside. It’s inside. I don’t look at a girl and just think “oh! She has a pretty face! I wanna date her!” No! Sure that helps, but I look for what’s inside her (love for God maybe?), not her outside appearance.
5. Do guys ever notice changes in girls? Hair styles, clothes, etc.?I try to notice things like that, but sometimes I do fail. Noticing is showing that you care and that helps in a relationship.
6. What is something that you want/look for, the most, in your future wife?
A strong lover of God, a person that builds me up when I’m down and that allows me to help them when they fall.

7. Do you often feel peer pressure from your friends? In any way, but mostly in the standards that you have set for your life.
I don’t fully understand this question, but, I just stay with what God has given me and I don’t change for others sake, but God’s.

8. What do you consider flirting and what do you think of a girl when she flirts with you? Flirting is a hard thing to beat. I consider it to be an attention seeker. I want the girl I like (or maybe just a random girl) to be true to who she is and to not rely on other means of getting a guy to like her. When a girl flirts with me, I just think it’s ridiculous that they have lowered themselves to the point where they don’t even act like themselves. Flirting is just a mask to grab attention.
9. How do you feel about dating?
I prefer courting, but I feel that it is not something to be done at an early age. Courting is the means by which we find God’s match for us; it is not something to be played with.

10. If you agree w/ courting, how much involvement from YOUR parents do you believe is appropriate in helping you make a final choice in your future wife? None, some, or a lot? Please elaborate on your answer.
Parents should always be involved. Making a decision without them is foolish. Now the reason I say this is because my parents know more about it then I do (they’ve done it…DUH!) so that’s all I have to say: involve your parents.

11. When you’re interested in a girl, do you focus on her family too? Do you make it a point to get to know them as much as you want to get to know her? Oh yes! If you are going to get the approval of the parents they better like you, and you don’t want to cause strife between the family. So yes, I would. It’s important to know the family because, well for starters, you’re planning on going out with the girl so I would hope you would get to know her family.
12. What is your view on college for girls? You need an education to fully train any children God may give you. That’s all I have to say :P
13. What is your dream job? And why? Haven’t thought about it much…sorry…I made this boring answer for you. :P
14. What do you think the man’s role is in the home – compared to the woman’s?Men: love your wife and support and honor her. Women: love and respect your husbands, and build each other up with loving words. Yep…that’s what I think.
15. How many kids would you like to have?
Three. God said to be fruitful and multiply...so…yeah.
Three. God said to be fruitful and multiply...so…yeah.
16. A lot of guys like using sarcasm around girls…do you know why that is? This is very true! Never thought of it till now, actually. I think men use it because: it makes them look funnier and #2 – it gives the guy and girl something to laugh about TOGETHER!!!
17. Do guys like it when girls are tomboyish or more girlie?
In between. I don’t want some girl that acts just like me, but I do want someone that can play sports! ;)

18. Is there anything that you would appreciate girls doing differently in order to help you maintain your purity? Pretend your parents are right behind you at all times. Basically do the things you wouldn’t mind your parents seeing you do. And anyway, GOD IS ALWAYS WATCHING!!!!
19. What do you think about guys and girls hugging?Best friends=yes.
Both like each other=no.
Just Friends=yes.
20. When do you plan to have your first kiss? My wedding day!
21. How will you respond if God's plan is out of sync with your own?
Love and respect Him…for He is our ruler and Father. He chooses what’s right for us.

22. What do you think of girls posting pictures of guys on their blog? Its fine with me as long as they aren’t professing their undying love for them a thousand times. :P Basically only do it if the picture is in a “hangout” kinda setting.
23. Do you guys sometimes get weirded out by being friends with girls? I know I use to think girls were the “ULTAMATE EVIL!!!!!” But now, I’ve cooled down and think it’s okay.
24. What is one thing that girls do that you hate? FLIPPING THEIR HAIR!!!!! ‘If I’m talking to you, I must sorta like you!’ (basically: ridiculous flirting)
25. To what degree should a guy and girl just 'be friends'? To the point where they are not defrauding each other. My dad has always said “Don’t defraud a girl”. Basically saying: don’t give any mixed signals or emotions or hopes that you can’t fulfill. If you are getting to the point where you want to make your friendship more than what a normal friendship includes, then you better be ready so support the girl and give her a good life (I’m mainly pointing at the guys on this one).
Caleb, thank you so much for taking the time to do this interview!! I pray that God bless you in your path as a godly, young man...striving to serve Him in your life.

I really live in the wrong state or something... MA stinks... I know a few really nice guys, but hardly any my age and the ones that are would not want to save their first kiss for their wedding day, which is what I'm doing. Sooo this is going to be a long hard journey. But thank you so much for all of these posts! They are amazing!
wow, i really liked this one. caleb, i know that God has led you down the path of righteousness, and that He has specially crafted a wife just for you. i hope you pray for her every day?
Thanks so much for these, Raquel. Also a big thanks to Caleb. Let him know that this was a big encouragement to me. (This was probably my favorite so far) It's always neat to hear about other teens that are trying to follow God.
