The last two months have
been very stressful…emotionally draining…confusing…and painful for me. A lot has happened in my life. And God has taught me many life-changing
lessons.
But…amidst all these
feelings, it has been beautiful…amazing…encouraging…inspiring…because I serve
an awesome God. And He knows the plans
He has for me…plans to prosper me and not to harm me; to give me a hope and a
future.
As I was thinking about
all that has transpired in the last couple of months, these words came to
mind. God has been teaching me so much
lately and this describes it all so well.

Hey Raquel :)
Don't think I've ever commented before...sorry! But I ALWAYS read every single post :D
I'm just not much of a commenting person, lol!
But just wanted to say 'hi' :)
And tell you that I understand what you're going through...or, should I say, also been going through stressful, heartaching, emotional times :)
God's been teaching me SO much, and showing me His will in so many things! It's been hard...but He's always faithful ;)
Love that pic, it's so true!
Praying for you :) *hugs*
You're not alone ;)
Blessings,
Amy

Amen, Raquel! God has sent me plenty of hurricanes, but they mean that I grow nearer to Him... and it is so worth it!
Hang in there, Raquel! :) After the hurricane comes the rainbow. :)
Great post Raquel! I agree completely! I hope things start looking up for you soon! Praying for you!!
Things will get better soon! I am praying for you!
Love,
Hannah
I pray that things get better for you, Raquel!
When I'm going through hard times, I like to listen to "Blessings" by Laura Story. The song is really touching because soon after she was married, her husband had a stroke. And it inspired the song. I really recommend listening to it! :)

Amen. Hang in there, Raquel. "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass... it's about learning to dance in the rain."
very well said-and encouraging :)
Thanks
I pray that things would get better for you soon, Raquel, but I'm so glad that the Lord is keeping His presence close to you and teaching you through everything! Hugs and prayers!
Love,
Vicki
Raquel, I understand! God has sent me hurricanes--and it was really hard for me to trust that he was going to bring me out--but he did and he brought me back as a strong servant.
It's 100% worth it--hang in!
Hurricanes are tough but God uses them to show us how weak we are and how strong that makes him! For his power is made perfect in weakness ;)
xoxox,
Hazel
Hey Raquel, I haven't been on lately and I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. I'm sure you'll have the strength to overcome anything you're going through.
"Send me a hurricane." I like that. :)
